Served as event planner and communications lead for Kaiser Permanente Northwest's Labor Management Partnership for more than five years. Planned and executed large-scale employee events, coordinated cross-functional teams of labor and management stakeholders, and developed communications strategies that strengthened the partnership between union representatives and organizational leadership. Supported workforce engagement initiatives aligned with Kaiser Permanente's mission to improve community health.
